Overview

A 3 hour workshop designed to provide businesses with an understanding of how to sell to the Australian Government. Participants will walk through the different approaches undertaken by Federal Government, including key tips to successfully providing a response.

The course is designed to focus on the type of business relative to the participants.

The course covers:

  • What does Government procure?
  • The Australian Government tender process
  • Building successful relationships
  • Key tips for responding to an Approach to Market
  • Contract terms, including panels

This course aims to develop capability in selling to Government. The course is best suited to:

  • New businesses trying to break into Government contracts, and
  • Existing businesses trying to improve their offering.
